Terms of Use

By accessing or using EduTableKrez (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available to educational institutions and their authorised staff and students. You represent that you have the authority to bind the institution to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
One institution account per valid institution. Multiple sign-ups to circumvent plan limits are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious code, scrape data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Abuse of the advertisement-free plan to resell logins is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout via Razorpay.
Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.
Downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Free Plan & Advertisements

Free-plan institutions display contextual advertisements. By using the free plan you consent to ads being shown to teachers, students, and administrators of your institution. Upgrading to a paid plan removes ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding are the property of Krezup IT. Your institution's timetable data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data to deliver the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krezup IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Subscription settings page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
