EduTableKrez ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Krezup IT, Pune, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our platform at edutablekrez.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
Institution Data: School/college name, subdomain, department and class configuration.
Timetable Data: Teachers, subjects, time slots, and generated timetables.
Payment Information: Billing details processed via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps (for security and analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the EduTableKrez platform.
Process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
Send service announcements, security alerts, and support messages.
Analyse usage patterns to improve features.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Each institution's data is strictly isolated. Tenant admins, teachers, and students can only access data belonging to their own institution. Super Admins access aggregate platform data for operational purposes only.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies for authentication. Free-plan institutions may see contextual advertisements delivered via Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our site or other websites. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Razorpay — payment gateway (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy).
Google AdSense — ad delivery on free-tier portals.
WhatsApp Business API — optional notification delivery.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and scoped database access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@edutablekrez.com. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

8. Children's Privacy

Student accounts are created by Tenant Administrators. Parents or guardians of students under 13 may request data deletion by contacting the institution administrator.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
