Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with EduTableKrez. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Free Trial

All new institutions receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this period before subscribing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if the platform does not function as described in our features page.
After 7 days: Refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
Annual plans: If cancelled within 30 days, a pro-rated refund for unused months will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after 7 days of first payment.
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Use.
Partial month usage on monthly plans.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@edutablekrez.com with:

Your registered institution name and email.
Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing receipt).
Reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Razorpay.

5. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades mid-cycle.
